DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
YES we do! We provide free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there are some countries which we cannot reach. If you feel you may be outside normal shipping routes please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make sure to respond whether we can deliver there or not.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and you may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping times vary due to countries being further away from our supply centre.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order(s). Also if you order multiple quantity orders, all items may not all arrive at the same time. We may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed, instead of waiting until the entire order is complete. This will save time on delivery as items will be dispatched quicker. We do this to ensure that you get your purchase as quickly as possible!
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes we do! An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, it will contain your tracking information. Shipping information tends to become available after 24 hours from purchase. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us via email@example.com
I'M HAVING PROBLEMS TRACKING MY ITEM..
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-8 business days for the tracking information to update on their system due to the high quantity of orders they process. If you have not received your tracking information within this time, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE BIG PACKAGE?
Our aim is to enable our customers to buy in confidence without incurring shipping costs . Items in the same purchase will usually be sent in separate packages, this allows us to offer cost free shipping on all items rather than sending larger packages which would incur shipping costs.
